Our competencies and capabilities

- Preparation of documentation in 3D CAD/CAM software,
- Sheet metal fabrication:
- laser cutting,
- CNC punching – stamping, punching, and nibbling,
- bending on CNC press brakes,
- cutting on guillotine shears,
- pressing and punching on eccentric presses,
- punching of shaped holes, extruded holes for tapping, folding,
- insertion of PEM-type fasteners,
- semi-automatic and manual welding,
- spot welding of sheets, studs, and standoffs.
- Machining:
- drilling on bench and pillar drilling machines,

- milling.
- Powder coating and printing:
- powder coating of steel and aluminum using polyester paints,
- powder paints in any color (RAL palette) and gloss level,
- texture – smooth, textured, semi-matte, and matte finishes,
- safe and eco-friendly paints without heavy metal additives (RoHS compliant),
- printing on components, including those with unusual shapes (screen printing, pad printing, printing on metal and plastics).
- Assembly and logistics:
- assembly of electronic and electrical parts,
- assembling components into a finished product,
- packaging according to specifications, including directly into consumer packaging,
