Design and technical consulting
We begin the production process at EMET with a thorough analysis of customer needs and design documentation. Laser cutting

Punching

Sheet metal bending and forming

Welding and fasteners
We specialize in the durable and precise joining of metal components using professional MIG and TIG welding methods. We complement this process with advanced mechanical joining technologies, including precise spot welding and the insertion of PEM-type fasteners. Using dedicated presses, we install threaded studs, standoffs, and nuts, ensuring their high mechanical strength and full repeatability of seating.
Surface finishing and painting
We provide professional surface preparation and powder coating, which guarantees high corrosion resistance and an aesthetic appearance of the products. After the coating process, every component undergoes a coating quality inspection in accordance with the technical requirements of the project.
Final assembly and completion

This process includes precise riveting, component fitting, and the installation of additional components in accordance with the project’s technical specification. Packaging and transport
In accordance with our operational standards, every finished product is carefully secured for shipment to eliminate the risk of damage during transport. We use recyclable packaging materials, fulfilling statutory recovery obligations and ensuring environmentally safe waste management. The final stage of cooperation is logistics and the timely delivery of the order to the customer.
